Hydrax 1970

Hydrax 1970 is a polyphosphate/hydroxide alkali blend and is used for boilers of medium pressure to adjust pH value and to precipitate calcium and magnesium hardness as a phosphate sludge. Hydrax 1970 delays precipitation of hardness salts in feed lines. It may be injected continuously to feed water containing hardness salts without the formation of excessive scale in feed lines.
