Lavacast 1195 D

Lavacast 1195 HD a specialized in manufacturing optimum quality High Alumina Mortar , which is widely used as jointing materials for various fireclay and high alumina bricks manufactured by Maazzetti .
Lavacast 1195 HD is a kind of refractory material with high aluminum and low iron, and its main components are Al2O3 (95%)and SiO2(0.1%). It is made by high-temperature (1800 °C) sintering . some of the mortars are supplied as two component system, where liquid binder is separately provided with powder material. In such case, liquid component should be used only as per Maazzetti recommendation.
